As an instructional designer and eLearning developer, I am able to combine my love of learning and creativity with my expertise in creating content that effectively facilitates knowledge transfer. With extensive years of experience as a classroom educator, I understand how to organize and sequence information, while making it accessible and relatable to all types of learners, so that they are motivated to make positive changes.

I collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to conduct needs analyses, define learning objectives, and produce customized training solutions using various modalities, such as ILT, vILT, eLearning, microlearning, and blended learning. I apply adult learning principles and scenario-based assessments to optimize learner engagement and achievement. I also modify course content based on data analysis, feedback, and research-based best practices to improve and maximize learning outcomes.
